Pilot is a seasonal oyster bar aboard one of America's most prized wooden sailboats. Docked in Brooklyn Heights at the end of Pier 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park, Pilot showcases sustainably harvested oysters, nautically inspired cocktails, and ingredient-driven seasonal plates by nationally acclaimed chef, Kerry Heffernan.
Expediters provide a critical support system for the restaurant, ensuring quality control and proper presentation of food in a timely manner.
Expediters act as a liaison between the Front of House, the Back of House, and Oyster Shuckers to provide guests with efficient and thoughtfully timed service. Expediters must have a critical eye for detail and a strong sense of pride in their work; the guest experience is directly related to the ability of the Expediter to communicate and perform assigned duties.
